We may update our site in future and may change the content, description or prices of goods. Please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal and Debit and Credit Card only.

DELIVERY

We take great care packaging every item securely. We post by express service that is free of charge for all orders within the United Kingdom. Delivery is via tracked courier services, however, we can offer other postage if requested before sale. When ordering before 2:00 PM expect your parcel within 2-4 working days. We cannot confirm a 100% 2-4 day delivery rate, and therefore the buyer should understand that postage may be longer. If you are unavailable the courier may leave an attempted delivery card with instructions of how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. A signature may be required upon receipt. Please check that you have received all items in your order as per the description on the invoice. If you have missing items or incorrect items have been delivered please contact us. Do not use any items that may be required to be returned to us.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may return your purchase for a full refund if you change your mind. Our return policy for unwanted, unused goods lasts 14 days from the date of delivery of your item. Please contact us directly via phone or email, details can be found on our contact us page. We will email a required return form to you, the form speeds up the return process as we can instantly identify the parcel. You have 14 days within which to return your purchase to us after informing us of your intention to return the item(s). The returned goods must be in “as sold” condition with all accessories and packaging present. Return postage is non-refundable for all returns expect where the product has a fault. A refund upon item inspection will be issued to the PayPal account or direct to the Debit/Credit card used upon checkout.

A refund will only be issued if your item is faulty or has not been used.

If there is a fault with the device you have bought from us, you may return the goods for a replacement of full refund. You must report this to us within 14 days of receipt, you will then have a further 14 days to return the faulty goods. If the faulty goods are not reported within 14 days, then we are unable to accept a return for refund or replacement. The goods can then only be repaired under the 1-year warranty offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your purchase for a full refund if you change your mind. If your order has not been dispatched will cancel your order. WARRANTY

All of our units are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If your device does develop a fault with 1 year of purchase please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement. Tampered, altered or purposely damaged devices are not eligible for warranty claim.

APPLICABLE LAW

If you are a consumer, please note that English law governs these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
